PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a floor decorative material having excellent water resistance along with good recess resistance. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the floor decorative material includes the first process (1) for forming a synthetic resin layer with a thickness of 100μm or above on the planar part of a woody panel, the second process (2) for forming at least one kind of a tongue and a small hole to the side surface of the woody panel by a tongue and groove processing, the third process (3) for laminating a decorative sheet on the synthetic resin layer and the fourth process (4) for folding the end part of the decorative sheet so as to cover a part or the whole of the tongue or small hole along with the whole of the synthetic resin layer.
