PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder feeding apparatus in a powder compacting die device capable of uniforming heating raw material powder before its packing into a compacting part in a compacting die. SOLUTION: The powder feeding apparatus is provided with: a raw material vessel 12 of storing raw material powder M; a feeder 13 moving on a compacting die 1 and packing the raw material powder M into a compacting part 6 in the compacting die 1; and a feed tube 14 of feeding the raw material powder M from the raw material vessel 12 to the feeder 13. Since a low-frequency induction heating coil heater 23 is provided around the feed tube 14, the raw material powder M composed of a magnetic material such as iron is subjected to low-frequency induction heating during its passing through the feed tube 14, and, by using the low-frequency induction heating in this way, the raw material powder M in the feed tube 14 can be almost uniformly heated.
