摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a crystal with large surface area can be simply obtained from a solution of various kinds of materials without using special heating or cooling means. SOLUTION: A solvent B, which dissolves a solvent A of the solution but does not substantially dissolve a solute of the solution, is brought into contact with the solution in which the solute is dissolved in high concentration and a liquid-liquid interface where the solute precipitates and grows as the crystal corresponding to dissolution of the solvent A in the solvent B is utilized. When crystals of the solute precipitate at the liquid-liquid interface, the crystal at a central part of an upper surface (a central part of a side facing the solvent B) of which a recess is formed can be obtained since the solvent A contained in the crystal is dissolved and absorbed in the solvent B.
