PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxygenation apparatus and a deoxygenation system, the power consumption of each of which is saved without decreasing the deoxygenation capacity. SOLUTION: The deoxygenation apparatus is provided with: a spraying means 3 for spraying the water to be treated in a treatment tank 2; a spray amount selecting means 4 for selecting the amount of the water to be sprayed from the spraying means 3; a first pump 5 for supplying the water to be treated to the spray amount selecting means 4; a second pump 6 for feeding the treated water withdrawn from the treatment tank 2 to a steam boiler 26; a first inverter 7 and a second inverter 8 for varying the rotational speeds of both pumps 5, 6 respectively according to the frequencies to be output from the inverters 7, 8. The spray amount selecting means 4 and the inverters 7, 8 are controlled on the basis of the amount of the treated water to be required in the steam boiler 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
