An information managing unit (4) is provided with an ID information storing section (41), which receives and stores variable ID information (11) from a RFID reader (2) which detects the ID information (11) from an RFID tag (1) retaining the ID information (11), and updates and manages the stored ID information (11) by a prescribed method, in synchronization with the variable ID information (11) retained by the RFID tag (1); an event detecting section (42) which detects an event to be a trigger for notifying other information managing unit (5) of the stored ID information (11); and an ID information requesting section (43), which notifies the information managing unit (5) of the ID information (11) when the event is detected, obtains the ID information (11) and managing section information relating to the information managing unit (5) from the information control unit (5), and stores the obtained managing section information in the ID information storing section (41) by associating the managing section information with the ID information (11).
