DIAGNOSIS PROGRAM, SWITCHING PROGRAM, TEST DEVICE, AND DIAGNOSIS METHOD

There is provided a diagnosis program for causing a control device of a test device to diagnose a test module. The diagnosis program includes: an object diagnosis software module for diagnosing a diagnosis-object test module; a diagnosis signal I/O software module for controlling a non-diagnosis-object test module so as to output a diagnosis signal to the diagnosis-object test module; a type identification software module for identifying the diagnosis signal I/O software module corresponding to the type of the non-diagnosis-object test module upon reception of a call from the object diagnosis software module; and a call destination switching software module for calling the identified diagnosis signal I/O software module and outputting a diagnosis signal from the non-diagnosis-object test module to the diagnosis-object test module.
