A balcony landscape facility of an apartment house having an infant protection function is provided to secure landscape through flowering plants and to prevent people from falling through a balcony, by installing the integrated landscape facility to the balcony of the apartment house. A balcony landscape facility of an apartment house having an infant protection function comprises a flowerpot stand wherein a pair of concrete blocks(21) of different height is installed to a bottom surface(14) adjacent to a wall surface(13) of a balcony at right angles along the wall surface and flowering plants are planted in receiving parts together with soil; drainage blocks(30) each having a draining hole and a drainage way installed to both edges of a body and plural assembly parts where rootage rods are assembled; a sponge member(40) combined with the drainage way to prevent foreign materials from coming into a discharge hole of the drainage way; the rootage rods fastened to the assembly parts of the drainage block via fastening units combined with fastening holes to make the flowering plants stably rooted; an opening and closing member(60) comprising shutter guides and shutters and temporarily opening and closing the top of the flowerpot stand to protect flowering plants; and a pair of velcro tapes(70) oppositely fixed to the shutters and the concrete blocks or the shutters or the wall surface via an adhesive agent to temporarily restrict the shutters of the opening and closing member. The drainage blocks are placed to the inner bottom of the flowerpot stand to discharge water flowing into the top of the body and the draining hole to a drainpipe(36) through the discharge hole. The shutter guide is assembled to the top of the flowerpot stand by fastening units(63) and one end of the shutter goes in and out a guide groove of the shutter guide. |
