A structure for arrangement of a circuit element and a plasma display module comprising the same are provided to reduce largely a height of a space necessary for installing a first circuit board including circuit elements by installing a second circuit board vertically to a chassis. A first circuit board(120) is disposed at a predetermined interval from a chassis(110). A first circuit element(161) having a height within a predetermined height rage is mounted on the first circuit board. A second circuit board(130) is disposed perpendicularly to the chassis. A second circuit element(162) having a height exceeding the predetermined height range is mounted on the second circuit board. A signal transfer unit(140) connects electrically the first circuit board with the second circuit board.
