A light-diffusion film is provided to increase brightness of a display device by maximizing the size of particles, which is contained in the light-diffusion film, and preventing the particles from leaving from the light-diffusion film. A light-diffusion film includes a transparent base substrate, a light-diffusion layer, and a bottom layer. The light-diffusion layer is formed on one surface of the transparent base substrate. The bottom layer is formed on the other surface of the transparent base substrate. The bottom layer contains a first binder resin and light-diffusion particles, whose grain size is 10 to 50mum. The first binder resin is selected from a group consisting of polyester resin, acryl resin, urethane resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, and cellulose acetate resin.
