<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite sintered compact or the like that achieves accurate operation of a coil component in a wide temperature range of -40 to 150°C and that can be used for a wide range of purposes. <P>SOLUTION: The ferrite sintered compact 12 comprises 46.0 to 50.0 mol% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 20.0 to 30.0 mol% ZnO, 1.0 to 9.0 mol% CuO, 0.1 to 1.0 mol% Mn<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and the balance, excluding Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, ZnO, CuO and Mn<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, mainly comprising NiO, with the ZnO/Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>molar ratio of 0.54 to 0.67, and shows -2 to 2 ppm/°C relative temperature coefficient αμ<SB>ir</SB>of initial magnetic permeability μi in the temperature range of -40 to 150°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
