<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an adequate yield evaluation in transaction of a commercial product, considering the difference by month, day, day of the week of the load profile of a demander. <P>SOLUTION: The power transaction system 1 includes a day type formation part 19. The day type formation part 19 analyzes daily power usage patterns for each demander to which power is supplied, and generates some day types. For a demander whose power using pattern is varied between weekday and weekend, for example, day types such as "weekday" and "weekend" are prepared. A day type day calculation part 20 calculates how much the day types formed in the day type formation part 19 are present within a calculation period acquired from a user input data acquisition part 15 in reference to a calendar 14.
