<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately, simply and easily adjust power supplied to a load device, and eliminate unrighteousness and risk of supplying power. <P>SOLUTION: An output cable 30 has a ROM 31 for storing data as authentication information used for an authentication of the output cable 30 such as a user ID: 123456, a vendor ID: 001, a model ID: ABC, a version: v1.2. A main unit 20 uses the authentication information stored in the ROM 31, determines whether a user is right, and verifies whether the output cable 30 belongs to the right manufacturer (vendor) when the output cable 30 is mounted. If the authentication is successful, by the main unit 20, control information stored in the ROM 31 is read, a fixed output voltage is supplied to the load device 40 until a predetermined inactive state is attained, and power supplied to the load device 40 is controlled according to the control information read from the ROM 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
