PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform access management by providing security by access permitting area, providing information and access authority based on user ID or time of day. SOLUTION: In an access management server 100, each area and access authority and providing information in each area are stored in conformation to a user ID and an access time zone. The server 100 requests, in response to an access request from a user terminal 400, the coordinate of the user terminal 400 and acquires the user ID and an access time with the coordinate. The server 100 then acquires an area corresponding to the user ID and the access time, and determines the positional relation between the coordinate of the user terminal 400 and the area. The server acquires access authority corresponding to the user ID and the access time. The server 100 acquires providing information corresponding to the user ID and the access time when permission of access is determined, and rejects the access of the user terminal 400 when rejection of access is determined.
