SOLUTION: A grease composition for constant velocity universal joint including the following components (a) to (g) is filled in the constant velocity universal joint (a fixed type and a slidable type) having eight torque transmission balls. (a) Base oil, (b) Diurea thickener expressed by the following formula: R<SP>1</SP>NH-CO-NH-C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>4</SB>-p-CH<SB>2</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>4</SB>-p-NH-CO-NHR<SP>2</SP>(In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are independently an 8-20C alkyl group, a 6-12C aryl group, or a 6-12C cycloalkyl group), (c) molibdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate not dissolved in base oil, (d) molibdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate dissolved in base oil, (e) molibdenum disulfide, (f) calcium phenate or calcium sulphonate, and (g) sulfur-based extreme pressure additive not containing phosphor content.
