PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamine derivative, its preparation method and a plant disease controlling agent containing the compound as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The diamine derivative is represented by formula (1) [wherein R1 is a 1-6C alkyl group, a 3-6C cycloalkyl group, a 2-6C alkenyl group, a 2-6C alkynyl group or an optionally substituted aryl alkyl group; R2 and R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group or an acyl group: R3 and R4 are each a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group or the like; and R7 is a 1-6C alkyl group, a 3-6C cycloalkyl group, an optionally substituted aryl group or an optionally substituted heterocycle].
