PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for producing a planar inductor having a high-quality (Q) factor. SOLUTION: This inductor is formed by preparing relatively large first coil turns and a pair of relatively small second coil turns which are displaced in a plane different from a plane occupied by the first coil turns.
