PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic effective for preventing and ameliorating aging of skin, a cell proliferation promoting agent, an elastase activity inhibitor and an antiaging agent. SOLUTION: The cosmetic, cell proliferation promoting agent, elastase activity inhibitor and antiaging agent contain a sweet pea extract.
