PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage box structure capable of reducing the number of parts, and improving stiffness and installing accuracy. SOLUTION: The storage box structure is composed of a pair of right and left seat cowls 80 covering sides of a vehicle body frame 25 under a seat 22, and a storage box 81 molded on the seat cowls 80 to bulge to the outside in a vehicular width direction and having an opening/closing cover 82 outside of a vehicle 10. The storage box 81 has a projecting portion 83 projecting toward a vehicle body center, and the projecting portion 83 has an opening portion 84 communicated inside of the storage box 81 and is fitted with the projecting portion 83 of at least the other storage box 81.
