PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifuge capable of facilitating a cleaning or sterilizing operation with a simple structure and efficiently separating and classifying various particulates. SOLUTION: This centrifuge comprises: a suspended rotary cylinder connected to a rotary drive mechanism; a blade housed inside the suspended rotary cylinder; and a frame which supports the suspended rotary cylinder and is provided with a supply pipe for supplying suspension to the suspended rotary cylinder and a discharge pipe for recovering the suspension which flows out from the suspended rotary cylinder. On the lower end part of the suspended rotary cylinder, a guide cap for guiding the suspension received from the supply pipe to the blade is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
