A cam motion machine, an assembly method thereof and a weaving loom including the cam motion machine are provided to fix cams firmly on their driving shafts. Several cams(20) form at least one running tracks(20A,20B) for follower rollers. A centering reaming is equipped on a driving shaft(22) of each cam. The cam has a member for applying the tightening force into the driving shaft having non-circular sections(22C,22D). An internal edge of a washer-spacer(26) is a non-circular shape.
