A slab form of a building is provided to facilitate assembling and dismantling work of the slab form by fixing form panels and reinforcing rods by threaded coupling, to firmly unite the reinforcing rods and the form panels, and to enable reuse of members uniting the reinforcing rods and the form panels. A slab form of a building comprises slab form panels(10) having sidewalls(11a) with plural pin holes(11c,11d) and connecting with each other; plural reinforcing rods(20) arranged to the bottom of the slab form panels; and reinforcing rod fixing units(30) fixing the reinforcing rods to the form panels. The reinforcing rod fixing unit includes pin bolts(31) with a helix fixed to the slab form panel through pin bolt fixing units, and clamping units fixing the reinforcing rod. The pin bolt fixing unit comprises a first wedge pin(33) fitted into a fastening hole formed in one end of the pin bolt through the pin hole of a first sidewall of a euro form(11), and a second wedge pin fitted into a pin hole of the first wedge pin and fitted into the pin hole of a second sidewall of a direction of crossing the first sidewall, to fix the pin bolt. The reinforcing rods comprise a first reinforcing rod arranged to the bottom of the slab form in the forward and backward direction and a pair of second reinforcing rods arranged to the bottom of the first reinforcing rod in a direction of crossing the firs reinforcing rod. The pin bolt passes through a space between the second reinforcing rods and the clamping unit is a clamping plate(32a) having bent parts covering the second reinforcing rods. The pin bolt passes through the clamping plate and the clamping plate is fastened to the pin bolt by a nut in a state of covering the second reinforcing rods to support the first and second reinforcing rods to the slab form panel side.
