发明名称 A-SEAL BONDING STRUCTURE FOR MAGNETRON
摘要 A-seal bonding structure for a magnetron is provided to enhance coherence and prevent a breakdown of a bonding part between an A-ceramic and an A-seal by increasing a bonding area of the bonding part. An anode cylinder and a vein as an anode are installed at an inside of a yoke. A filament as a cathode is installed at a center of the yoke. An A-seal(15) and A-ceramic(17) are formed on an upper surface of the anode cylinder by using a brazing method. An F-seal is attached on a lower surface of the anode cylinder by using the brazing method. Upper and lower magnets are installed to cover the A-seal and the F-seal. An input unit is installed at a lower side of the yoke. A projection inserting groove(100) is formed at a lower end part of the A-ceramic. A bonding projection(200) is formed at the contact part of the A-seal in order to be inserted into the projection inserting groove. The projection inserting groove and the bonding projection are attached to each other by melting brazing ash therebetween while the bonding projection is inserted into the projection inserting groove.
