<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the shortage of gas in a fuel cell and to prevent deterioration of the fuel cell even when a DC-DC converter is failed. <P>SOLUTION: In an electric system 10, the fuel cell 14 and a power storage device 70 are connected in parallel to a running motor 17, and a first DC-DC converter 74 is installed on the power storage device 70 side than a parallel connection part 130. A failure detecting part 110c detecting the failure of the first DC-DC converter 74 is installed in a power source controller 110 in a power control line 200. When the failure of the DC-DC converter 74 is detected with the failure detecting part 11c, responsiveness of electric power output from the fuel cell 14 is regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
