<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause no reduction of an active region by eliminating positional slippage of a polymer electrolyte membrane and a catalyst layer. <P>SOLUTION: After a first catalyst layer forming sheet 104, a solid polymer electrolyte membrane 18, and a second catalyst layer forming sheet 111 are struck one by one against the respective reference planes of first, second, and third positioning members made detachable on a first plate, and they are position and disposed, punching is applied to a part of a laminate sheet formed by laminating the solid polymer electrolyte membrane 18 and the second catalyst layer forming sheet 111 on the first catalyst layer forming sheet 104 to form a positional slippage preventing part 118. A second plate is placed on the laminate sheet by removing the third positioning member, and hot pressing is applied to the laminate sheet held between the first and second plates to bond and integrate them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
