<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch capable of discharging excrement easily for a short time without leaving the excrement on the inner wall or the like of the pouch for a stoma prosthesis, and to provide a lubricant composition for the pouch for the stoma prosthesis. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricant composition for a pouch 2 for the stoma prosthesis comprises at least one kind of lubricating components and a film-forming polymer composition. The lubricating components are preferably surfactants, water-soluble polymer compounds, or oils. The film-forming polymer compounds are preferably hydrophobic polymer compounds or non-water-soluble hydrophilic polymer compounds. The pouch 2 for the stoma prosthesis has a coating 20 comprising a film formed from the lubricant composition.
