<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel controller for reducing a load of a CPU. <P>SOLUTION: An ADC device interface 6 is connected through an AD converter 50 to a touch panel 40. An operation detecting part 7 detects that the operation of a user to the touch panel 40 has been performed based on the output of the A-D converter 50. A descriptor processing part 4 is provided with a descriptor 5, and when the operation of the user is detected by an operation detecting part 7, contents of the descriptor 5 are read so that processing to various controllers 8, 10, 13 and 16 can be executed according to the contents. Processing contents different at each region 41 to 45 on the operated touch panel 40 can be described in the descriptor 5. In this case, the descriptor processing part 4 specifies the operated region from the output signal of the A-D converter 50 transmitted from an ADC device interface 6, and executes processing contents corresponding to the specified region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
