<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording method, an optical information recording device, and an optical information recording medium which facilitate exposure quantity control, and are free of problems of compatibility of recording and are excellent even when a frequency of shift multiple recording is large and the recording material has variance in characteristic such as sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium for the optical information recording medium having a recording layer where information is recorded by using holography is characterized in that the recording layer is irradiated with information light and reference light so that expression (1) may be satisfied (where α and (k) are additional exposure quantities (mJ/cm<SP>2</SP>), (n) is a frequency of exposure, and (m) is a maximum frequency of exposure) when a minimum recording exposure quantity needed for recording by irradiation with the information light and reference light is denoted as R (mJ/cm<SP>2</SP>), an integral exposure quantity as the sum of exposure quantities of regions where the recording layer is exposed (n) times is denoted as S<SB>n</SB>(mJ/cm<SP>2</SP>), and a maximum integral exposure quantity with which recording to the recording layer is possible is denoted as S<SB>max</SB>(mJ/cm<SP>2</SP>). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
