<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a color filter for successively fabricating a resin black matrix and color pixels on a glass substrate, in which the projection height on an end of the resin black matrix can be easily decreased. <P>SOLUTION: After a color photoresist is applied on a glass substrate 50 where a resin black matrix 51 is already formed, the glass substrate is kept in a horizontally static state and subjected to a flattening process to allow the part of the color photoresist overlapping the resin black matrix to flow and spread to a color pixel portion, and then the substrate is subjected to preliminary drying by a reduced-pressure drying device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
