<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling running vehicle system which improves article storage capacity by providing multiple article placing tables and can stop a ceiling running vehicle at a specified position for each placing table. <P>SOLUTION: Side buffers 18 are provided in one side of an intra-bay route 6, and lower buffers 20 are provided in the lower side. In addition, comb-shaped marks are provided on sections 8 provided with the buffers, to be counted by a ceiling running vehicle 12, and stop data for the buffers 18 and 20 are transmitted to the ceiling running vehicle from a data transmitter 10. Consequently, multiple buffers can be provided even at positions without loading ports, and stop data can be transmitted to the ceiling running vehicle even if buffers are freely increased or removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
