PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen the lifetime of an element for a semiconductor laser device, and to improve the reliability of an optical communication transmission system. SOLUTION: The optical communication transmission system has the AlGaInP semiconductor laser device joined to a mount by using a solder material and emitting a light signal and an optical fiber to which the light signal emitted from the semiconductor laser device is projected from one end side, and from which the light signal is emitted from the other end side.
