PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission cable for differential signals, having appropriate small propagation time delay difference (internal skew and pairwise skew), which is easily connected to a connector. SOLUTION: Two insulated wires 3, formed by providing an insulating layer 2 on the periphery of a center conductor 1 and at least one drain wire 4, are arranged in parallel, and a shielding layer, formed by longitudinally attaching a conductive tape 5, is provided on its periphery to obtain a pair of differential signal wires. A plurality of the differential signal pair wires are arranged in parallel on a plane, and an external insulating layer 8 formed by pasting insulating films 7, each having an adhesive layer 5c together, is furthermore provided on its periphery.
