FILTER FOR COLLECTING MICROORGANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To microorganisms from for efficiently collecting an object to be inspected, and accurately detect and weigh the collected microorganisms. SOLUTION: A microorganism collecting chip comprises a filter for removing foreign substances and a filter for collecting microorganisms. A microorganism collecting kit comprises the microorganism-collecting chip and a suction filtration means. The suction filtration means is a negative pressure tube provided with a rubber plug at an opening. The microorganism-collecting chip has a liquid specimen injected vessel into which a liquid specimen is injected, and a hollow needle for penetrating the rubber plug provided at the opening of the negative pressure tube. The liquid specimen is injected into the liquid specimen injected vessel, and sucked and filtrated by a pressure in the negative pressure tube. The foreign substance is removed by the foreign substance removing filter. The microorganisms are collected on the microorganism collecting filter, detected and weighed by using a unit including the microorganism collecting filter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
