PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent wear resistance and oil resistance. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a charge generating agent, a hole transport agent, and a binder resin on a substrate, wherein the photoreceptor contains a polycarbonate resin having a structural unit expressed by general formula (1) together with a polycarbonate resin having a structural unit expressed by general formula (2) and/or general formula (3), a the binder resin. In general formula (1), Ra and Rb represent alkyl groups or the like and suffixes p and q represent integers of 0 to 4, Rc and Rd are alkyl groups or the like and are in an asymmetric relation with different groups from each other, W represents a single bond or the like, and suffixes m and n represent molar ratios satisfying the relation of 0.05<n/(n+m)<0.6. In general formula (2), substituent Re represents a 1-4C alkyl group or the like and the suffix r represents an integer of 0 to 4.
