PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vibration control foundation packing interposed between a continuous footing and a sill, capable of securing sufficient ventilation performance, and capable of improving aseismatic performance of a building, with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This vibration control foundation packing 10 is composed of a planar base part 11 extending in the longitudinal direction of the continuous footing 21, a large number of ventilation grooves 12 formed on one surface of this planar base part 11, ventilable to the inside and outside of the continuous footing 21 and forming an abutting leg part, and a large number of vibration control projections formed on the other surface of the planar base part 11 or at least any one surface of the respective abutting leg parts.
