PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure or the like of a ventilating roof realizable with simple structure. SOLUTION: In the structure of the ventilating roof, rafters 5 mounted to the lower face side of a sheathing roof board 4 are mounted to a purlin 2 through a heat reflective membrane 6, and a space between the rafters 5 between the sheathing roof board 4 and the heat reflective membrane 6 is formed as a ventilating part 7 for ventilating the roof. The ventilating part 7 and the attic space 8 are partitioned by the heat reflective membrane 6. If construction is carried out using a floor panel 3 with the heat reflective membrane 6 attached to the lower face side, its structure can be realized with easy construction.
