PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothing as an underwear for both men and women for reducing pain and fatigue on the coccyx, ischium, hip joint, and greater trochanter reaching to musculus gluteus maximus, and reducing pain of hemorrhoids when driving for a long time or sitting at work in a office for a long time, made of a stretch material, excellent in soft sense, the touch and comfortability and giving refreshingness more than a conventional underwear for both men and women while considering effect of heat retaining property and maintaining a beautiful hipline. SOLUTION: The clothing as the underwear for both men and women is made of a stretch fabric to be fitted to the hip of a human body and worn. The clothing is set with a plate-like material made of an elastic material on a position corresponding to an area, centering sacrum, from the coccyx, ischium, hip joint to greater trochanter as an almost area of musculus gluteus maximus.
