PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide goods intended for solving such problems that as one of helpless subjects to live in a location (including disaster areas damaged by war) where civilization useful things are not put in order, matches and lighters used by civilization to make a camp or a research are lost at the rate of 1,000 and become garbage while a local person uses one fire making device, and also intended for preventing damage by harmful insects. SOLUTION: A special raincoat makes a wearer feel safety when meeting a caterpillar, sudden squall, attack of bees and leech, and can be produced at a great volume at a low cost. The wearer can immediately wear the special raincoat and be free from being stuck by jellyfish in the sea. A special bucket can be used as a megaphone especially when strong wind blows in a small boat, and can be a stabilizer strong to side wave through throwing the bucket as it is into the sea.
