PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade, improved in sharpness and service life by preventing clogging and accelerating grain change. SOLUTION: This cutting blade 1 is formed of only a thin disc-like abrasive grain layer 2, and the abrasive grains 3 are combined by a binder to form the abrasive grain layer 2. The binder 4 contains at least one kind of metal selected from Cr, Ti, Mn and Si as main component, and an interface reactive layer 5 is formed on the interface of the abrasive grains 3 and the binder 4. Pores 6 are formed in the abrasive grain layer 2. The interface reactive layer 5 is made of TiC, Cr3C7 or the like formed by interaction between the abrasive grains 3 and the binder 4.
