PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-catching device which can easily and surely catch cells and transmit-observe the cells. SOLUTION: This cell-catching device is characterized by forming a pair of through-holes 120, 130 at the two positions of the bottom plate portion 110 of a cell Petri dish 100 of the cell-catching device, forming a suction channel 140 for connecting the lower openings of the through-holes 120, 130, disposing a transparent plate member 400 for sealing the groove portion from the lower side of the bottom plate portion, and connecting the upper opening portion of the through-hole 130 to a suction tube 210 connected to a suction pump 200.
