PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a satisfactory attenuation characteristic by suppressing degradation in attenuation characteristic caused by a parasitic component. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a first winding 11 provided on a first conductive line 3, and a serial circuit 5 including a capacitor C1 and a second winding 12 which are connected in series to each other. The first widing 11 is magnetically coupled to the second widing 12. The inductance xL of the entire second widing 12 is smaller than the inductance LL of the entire first widing 11 (xL<LL).
