PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord bush with sufficient strength even though it is small and has a small diameter, a method for forming the cord bush, an electric cord provided with the cord bush, and to provide a heated toilet seat provided with the electric cord. SOLUTION: The heated toilet seat is provided with a heater wire, which is arranged on the rear face of a body of the toilet seat, and the electric cord formed by further covering a covered conductor connected to the heater wire with a sheath material. The cord bush is formed to the electric cord. The cord bush is composed of an electric wire holding material embracing a covered conductor exposed part formed by peeling off the sheath material and a bush material covering the outside of the electric wire holding material.
