A tight control device ( 1 ) for the transmission of a rotary motion from a primary shaft ( 3 ) to a secondary shaft ( 5 ), allowing the volume (P) housing the primary shaft ( 3 ) to be separated in a tightly manner from the volume (S) housing the secondary shaft ( 5 ), said device comprising a couple of sloped parallel rotating plates ( 7, 11 ), each one being fixed to a corresponding one of said shafts ( 3, 5 ), interconnected by means of oscillating parallel rods ( 9 ), articulated to corresponding C-shaped cages ( 13, 21 ) arranged around said plates ( 7, 11 ), in order to allow said plates ( 7, 11 ) to rotate therein.
