A method and a system for ordering/delivering food using the online are provided to enable customers to order the food to diverse restaurants at the same time, enable the restaurant to remove personnel expense needed for delivering the food, and prevent delivery delay even if orders are requested from many customers. A management server(20) operates a homepage. A database(30) stores cooking information including cooking time and location information of the restaurant, and orderer information. An order receiving device(40) is installed to each restaurant by connecting to the management server. A portable terminal(50) is connected to the management server and the order receiving device. If the order of an orderer(10) is received to the homepage, the management server calculates the expected cooking time from the cooking information stored in the database, transmits expected cooking completion time information, transmits the order information to the order receiving device of the restaurant, and transmits the location information of the orderer to the portable terminal of a deliveryman. |
