<p>An improved electromotive valve is disclosed, in which an open and close operation of a valve is controlled with an output of a step motor. The electromotive valve includes an output rotary shaft; a needle shaft which has a protrusion having an increased diameter and a tap formed at an upper center portion and having a certain depth; a needle bolt which abuts with the contact portion; a seal plate of which a center portion is fixed at a lower side of a head of the needle bolt and both ends are fixed at an inner side of the valve body; and a conical coil spring which upwardly supports the lower side of the protrusion of the needle shaft.</p>
