A guide device includes a partial route extraction unit (101) for extracting such a partial route from a guide route to a destination point as constitutes a portion of the guide route, a detection unit (102) for detecting a deviation route relating to the partial route extracted by the partial route extraction unit (101) and deviating from that partial route, and a report unit (103) for reporting a detection result detected by the detection unit (102). From the guide routes to the destination point, therefore, the deviation route, which is related to the partial route constituting a portion of the guide route and deviates from that partial route, is reported, so that the portion, which easily deviates in case it constitutes not the single link or node but the partial route, can be reported.
