A plug for supporting an armature shaft of a DC motor is provided to prevent a plug from being damaged under an operation by connecting the plug to a connection hole of an armature shaft. A post unit(10) is pressed and fixed into a connection hole. A flange unit(20) is formed on a lower end of the post unit(10), and is contacted with a plane of an end of the armature shaft. A convex unit(30) is formed on a contact point between the post unit(10) and the flange unit(20), and has a shape to be corresponding to a taper unit of the connection hole. When the post unit(10) is pressed and fixed into the connection hole, a receiving groove(32) having a receiving space to receive a corner of the post unit(10) is installed on a lower part of the corner of the post unit(10). An outer plane except the receiving groove(32) is formed to be closely adhered to the taper unit of the connection hole.
