<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and life by increasing wear resistance of a lip ring. <P>SOLUTION: A swinging plunger 9 provided reciprocatably in a cylinder consists of a stepped round swing plate 10 having a connecting rod formed as one unit, and a round retainer 12 fastened to the swing plate 10 by using a bolt 11. The annular lip ring 14 for sealing a part between the swinging plunger 9 and a cylinder 1 is provided between the swing plate 10 and a retainer 12. Material of the lip ring 14 is constituted of graphitized carbon fiber CF of petroleum pitch, and a powder material composed of copper Cu or copper alloy, molybdenum disulfide MoS<SB>2</SB>, and polytetrafluoro-ethylene PTFE. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
