<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a signal for physical feeling acoustic excellent in presence, and to prevent output of the signal for physical feeling acoustic unnecessarily. <P>SOLUTION: This signal processing circuit is provided with: a mixing circuit 2 which inputs a left signal L, a right signal R, a left surround signal Ls, a right surround signal Rs and a low frequency sound effect signal LFE of a 5.1ch surround system and mixes a plurality of the signals; a signal processing circuit 3 for processing an output of the mixing circuit; an amplifier 4 for amplifying the output of the signal processing circuit; an analog gate circuit 7 which is provided between the mixing circuit and the signal processing circuit and controls transmission of a signal from the mixing circuit to the signal processing circuit based on a signal applied to a control signal terminal; and an AC/DC conversion circuit 6 which converts the low frequency sound effect signal LFE to DC.
