PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the growth of high frequency caused by crushing sound even if an amount of hot water supply is increased or a water wheel is rotated at a high speed to increase the amount of mist generated. SOLUTION: The hot water is supplied to vanes of the water wheel 7 to rotate the water wheel and at the same time crush the supplied hot water, and mist and negative ions generated at that time are emitted from an outlet 14 opened in the front face of a mist chamber 4 by supports of an air suction fan 6 and an air blowing fan 8 integrally rotated with the water wheel 7. The water wheel 7 is circumferentially provided with a stainless steel net body 9 for preventing the hot water supplied from a nozzle 10 from directly hitting the vanes of the water wheel 7.
