<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overheat preventing device without interrupting the output of voice suddenly or without interrupting the operation of an acoustic device suddenly. <P>SOLUTION: According to the overheat preventing device, a threshold value of a level to be limited is controlled by a limiter means in accordance with the temperature changing rate detected by at least one means among an amplifier, a power supplying means and a speaker means. Accordingly, there is an effect that the threshold value to be limited can be changed properly by the limiter means in accordance with the dangerousness of breakage of instruments due to overheating such that, when the temperature changing rate shows a comparatively small temperature change, the changing amount of threshold value of level to be limited is reduced by the limiter means. On the contrary, when the temperature changing rate shows a sudden temperature rise, the changing amount is increased. As a result, the breakage of instruments due to overheating can be prevented surely and the sudden interruption of voice or music due to breakage caused by overheat can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
